These terms explain how the website and custom floral services work. Website pricing is a starting point, and an order is confirmed after you approve the written quotation and the required payment is received.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of belleoftheballbouquets.com and Belle Bouquets LLC's wedding and event floral services. By using the website, submitting an inquiry, approving a proposal, making a payment, or accepting services, you agree to these terms and the written proposal for your order.
If these terms conflict with a signed or approved proposal for a specific event, the proposal controls for that order.
Services
Belle Bouquets provides custom floral design for weddings, receptions, ceremonies, and special occasions. Services may include consultations, design planning, bouquets, personal flowers, ceremony arrangements, reception arrangements, delivery, setup, and related floral services as described in the proposal.
Website descriptions and fixed package prices are general information for the listed scope. Final pieces, quantities, stem selection, delivery timing, setup requirements, and any add-ons are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.
Quotes, proposals, and order confirmation
Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or require payment. We may decline a request if we are unavailable, if the requested scope is outside our services, or if the request cannot be fulfilled responsibly.
We send a written quotation describing the scope, total price in USD, payment deadline, delivery or pickup details, cancellation terms, substitution notes, and venue requirements. An order is confirmed after you approve that quotation and the required payment is received.
Payments
Unless the written quotation states otherwise, the full approved amount is due through a Stripe-hosted payment page by the deadline shown in the quotation and before sourcing, design work, delivery, setup, pickup, or release of the florals.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. An order is not confirmed, and work does not begin, until the required payment is received.
Changes and substitutions
Flowers are natural, seasonal, and perishable. Exact color, size, shape, variety, and availability can vary. We may substitute flowers, foliage, vessels, ribbons, or materials of similar style, color family, value, and quality when needed due to seasonality, supply, weather, shipping disruptions, or other conditions outside our control.
Requested changes after approval are considered when possible and may change pricing, timing, design, quantities, or availability. Significant changes close to the event date may not be possible.
Delivery, setup, pickup, and venue access
Delivery, setup, pickup, transfer, teardown, and venue-access details must be confirmed in the proposal. You are responsible for providing accurate addresses, venue contacts, access instructions, delivery windows, parking/loading information, and any venue rules that affect our work.
If a venue, weather condition, access restriction, unsafe condition, or missing recipient prevents delivery or setup as agreed, we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate, but additional fees or limitations may apply.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate event, venue, contact, billing, and delivery information.
- Review the proposal carefully before approval and ask questions before payment.
- Make payments by the stated deadlines.
- Tell us promptly about changes to date, time, location, venue rules, guest counts, floral counts, or design priorities.
- Use the website and services only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with website security or operation.
Refunds, cancellations, and fulfillment
Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, delivery, pickup, return, and fulfillment terms are explained in the Refund, Cancellation & Fulfillment Policy and may also be stated in your proposal.
Because custom floral work involves allocated labor, planning time, perishable products, and advance ordering, amounts already committed to materials or labor may be non-refundable to the extent described in the quotation and policy.
Intellectual property
The website, logo, branding, written content, layout, and original design materials belong to Belle Bouquets or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped, reproduced, resold, or used to imply endorsement without permission.
You may save or share proposal materials solely for planning your event with your venue, planner, wedding party, or other event professionals involved in your order.
Photos and portfolio use
We may photograph finished floral work for records, quality control, portfolio, website, social media, or marketing use. We will avoid intentionally publishing private customer contact information.
If your event has specific privacy or media restrictions, please tell us in writing before the event so the request can be addressed in the proposal.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. Floral products are natural and perishable, and results may vary from inspiration photos or prior work. We do not guarantee exact stem varieties, shades, sizes, or long-term freshness after delivery or pickup.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belle Bouquets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a confirmed order is limited to the amount you paid for the portion of services giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closure, road closures, supply-chain disruption, illness, labor disruption, accidents, government action, power or internet outages, or other emergencies.
When a disruption occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate and find a practical solution.
Disputes and governing law
If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. You agree to give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond before starting a formal claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Missouri, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and changing the Last Updated date. The version in effect when you approve a proposal applies to that order unless the proposal states otherwise.
Continued use of the website after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms for future website use and future orders.
