How do I care for my product?
We include care instructions for your forever keepsake when we ship your product.
What occasions do you make these for?
Any occasion you can think of. We've made bouquets for Weddings, Quinceanera's, Sweet 16's, Birthday's, Anniversaries, Gender Reveals and Vow Renewals.
Shipping
How much will shipping cost?
We ship from Northern California and offer free shipping for single purchases within the United States. Bridal sets are based on box size and weight and will be determined at completion of your set.
Do you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes we do. Price will depend on where the items are shipping to.
How long does it take to get a custom order?
Custom orders are sorted by the event date.
Ready to ship bouquets are normally shipping out in 3-5 business days.
Custom orders with rush
Rush orders are anything under 8 weeks notice when you purchase. Please contact us prior to purchase to ensure we can make it for you. If we can do it we will send you an invoice to your email.
Bridal Sets
Do you offer bridal packages?
Yes we do. We offer payment plans as well as a discount on all bridal sets. Discounts vary depending on what size bouquets and how many are ordered. Please contact us for more information.
What customizations can I make to my set?
Anything goes. We will do a phone consult to insure all of the details are taken down. You can do your bridal sets exactly how you want them.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds. If you receive your product and it's not what you ordered or something came broken from transport, please let us know and we will fix it.
What items do you offer in bridal sets?
We offer, bouquets, boutonnieres, cake flowers, flower girl baskets and corsages. Special requests are welcomed.
